The London Eye Terms

BOOKING TERMS
* You must inform us of your preferred flight time when booking
* Hotels London reserve the right to book 1 hour either side (before or after) of your preferred time, due to availability
* Tickets to be collected at London Eye 40 mins prior to flight time. You must present your email confirmation voucher. (see Ticket collection below)
* Bookings are subject to availability
* All bookings are non cancellable and non refundable.
* Bookings are not permitted New Year's Eve (31 Dec)
* Children under 5 years are free of charge - however must still be booked below

DISABLED GUESTS
* Disabled rates apply to disabled guests
* Each paying disabled guest may bring one carer with them free of charge including disabled children - This policy excludes disabled children under five years who are non fare paying
* We must be advised of any disabled guests and / or wheelchair users at the time of booking

TICKET COLLECTION
* Voucher confirmation will be emailed to you. This may be faxed on request.
* YOU MUST present this at the London Eye Pre Booked & Voucher Desk a minimum of 40 minutes prior to your confirmed flight time. This is located inside County Hall, directly opposite the London Eye.
